This Privacy Policy describes what information Seedemo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, how we collect it, how we use and share it, and your choices when you use the Seedemo mobile application for iOS (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We collect the following categories of information, consistent with disclosures in the App Store:
If you purchase Seedemo Pro, Apple processes payments through In‑App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment card number. We and our subscription partner receive information about whether your subscription is active and related purchase history as needed to unlock Pro features.
The App is not designed to collect contacts, precise location, health data, or photos from your library for its core features. If we add such features later, we will update this policy and, where required, request permission in the App.

We do not use your information for third‑party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for “tracking” as defined in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not use your audio for third‑party AI model training.

We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf—including third‑party AI providers—to protect your information with contractual and technical safeguards that provide the same or equivalent protection for your data as described in this Privacy Policy (including Section 8). We share only the data needed to provide the feature you use. Each provider’s processing is also subject to their published policies and our agreements with them.
AI Transcribe: You may decline AI transcription in the in‑App consent screen or tap Not Now. You can review or withdraw permission at any time under Settings → Privacy & Permissions → AI Transcription. After permission is withdrawn, no recording audio will be sent to OpenAI unless you tap AI Transcribe and allow it again. You may use the App without AI transcription.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address in Section 1. You may also adjust iOS permissions (for example, microphone) in iOS Settings. You may delete your account in the App, as described in our Terms of Use.
California residents: We do not sell personal information. California law may grant you additional rights; you may designate an authorized agent where permitted by law.
If applicable law requires a “legal basis,” we process personal data to perform our contract with you (provide the App), based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service (where not overridden by your rights), or with your consent where required (for example, AI transcription and optional communications if we introduce them).
We keep your information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App. Content you delete may be retained in trash for a limited period (for example, up to 30 days) before permanent deletion, as described in the App. Backups may persist for a short additional period. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless we must retain certain records for legal reasons.
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service (including encryption in transit and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
